Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Forastro (the "Service"), reachable at the address at the end of this document ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Forastro monitors published European public procurement notices and surfaces those matching the sectors, regions and budget range configured on your company profile. It provides search, alerts, email digests and information about recently awarded contracts.

2. Notice data and its limits

Notice data originates from official public sources, principally Tenders Electronic Daily (TED). We reproduce and organise that data; we do not create it and cannot guarantee it is complete, current or accurate. Publication timing, translations and the fields published vary by contracting authority.

Always verify against the official notice before acting. Deadlines, requirements and award details in the Service are an aid to finding opportunities, not a substitute for the official publication. We are not responsible for a missed deadline, a rejected bid, or a decision taken on the basis of information shown in the Service.

3. Accounts

The Service is intended for businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite to your company account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk-export or resell the Service's data, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Do not share an account with people outside your company — invite them as users instead.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent limits, or access other customers' data.
  • Do not use winner contact details for unsolicited bulk marketing; they are provided for legitimate business-to-business outreach about specific contracts.

5. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies to a VAT-registered business in another EU member state, VAT is accounted for by the customer. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal; continuing after that date is acceptance of the new price.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It depends on upstream sources we do not control, and may be interrupted for maintenance. No service level is promised unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its presentation of data remain ours. You keep ownership of the data you enter. You may use the Service's output for your own procurement activity.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or does not pay. On termination we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect. The date at the foot of this page shows the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes fall to the courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
