Public buyers in Sweden publish their tenders on registered notice databases such as Mercell TendSign, e-Avrop and Kommers rather than one state portal, in Swedish. Contracts above the EU thresholds must also be published EU-wide, and those are the notices below — the larger contracts, not every below-threshold job.

Sweden has no central publication portal; the Upphandlingsmyndigheten (National Agency for Public Procurement) sets the rules, and the EU-wide publication is the one place all above-threshold Swedish notices are collected.
